Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

Abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, is a procedure to flatten the abdomen by removing excess skin and fat and tightening the abdominal wall muscles.

• Method:
  1. Mini Plastic Surgery: A small incision is made to remove fat from the area.
  2. Full Plastic Surgery: A larger incision is made to remove more fat and skin.
• The surgery is typically performed in two forms:

Duration of Stay in Iran: 7 to 10 days

Hospital Stay:

Initial consultation at the plastic surgery clinic

2 days inpatient stay at the surgery department

Follow-up outpatient visit one week after surgery

Full Recovery Time:

Light exercises after 4 weeks

Moderate exercises after 6-8 weeks

Heavy exercises after 12 weeks

Return to Work: 4 weeks after surgery (if the job does not involve heavy physical activity)
