Pediatric Angiography

This is the method used to examine the body's blood vessels and the general structure of the heart, including the chambers of the ventricles, atria, heart valves, major vessels, and heart entrances and
exits using X-ray. Since the physician examines the heart by inserting long tubes known as catheters into the patient’s blood vessels, this method is also called catheterization.
Treatment Method: Using X-ray and injecting a contrast agent, angiography can be diagnostic or therapeutic.

Hospital Stay: In the case of diagnostic angiography, the stay is 2 days, and for therapeutic angiography, depending on each patient, an average of 2-3 days of hospitalization is required.
