Pediatric Esophageal Echocardiography
Esophageal echocardiography is a method used to diagnose cardiovascular diseases before, during, or after heart surgery. In special cases, using a special probe, it can be performed on children under appropriate anesthesia conditions.
Treatment Method: Esophageal echo, aside from heart surgeries, is also used in closing ASD and VSD in children, to measure and accurately assess the location of heart defects, and can be done during angiography to evaluate the progress of the procedure.
