If the stenosis or insufficiency of any of the heart valves in the echo, the patient's symptoms are not reduced and controlled by the therapeutic measures, and also the angiography is not effective, then the valve is replaced by a variety of artificial or tissue valves.

Symptoms vary depending on valve tightness or insufficiency: including shortness of breath, chest pain, fatigue, dizziness, fever, irregular heartbeat, restlessness, lack of proper feeding and lack of proper weight gain.

Treatment method
First, drug treatment is performed, in case of non-response or worsening of symptoms, in case of narrowing of the valves, ballooning with angiography is possible, but in special cases and conditions found in the echo, it may be recommended to replace the valve from the beginning. Also, if there is no proper response to the angiography method, it is recommended to replace the valve in the next step.

Diuretic drugs are temporarily recommended before angiography and surgery.
