Chin Implants

Chin implants enhance the chin and create more angularity in the face, enhancing its beauty.

Method:

At least two radiographic images and facial photographs from different angles are taken to allow the surgeon to analyze and choose the most appropriate surgical method.

The patient must be assessed for general health and oral hygiene.

In the first week after surgery, only acetaminophen is allowed for pain management. The use of other painkillers should be avoided.

Smoking and inhaling smoke can delay the healing process and should be strictly avoided.

The patient should consume only liquids and soft foods through a straw for 2 weeks after surgery.

Mild pain, bruising, and swelling are common post-surgery. Using pain relief medications, ice packs, and patience is necessary.

The bandage or brace is removed after one week.

1 to 2 days of hospitalization

Follow-up outpatient visit one week after surgery

Full Recovery Time:

Full recovery takes about 6 months for the swelling to subside and for the final results to be visible.
